She has been evaluating and marketing businesses and real estate for over 18 years; she is a valuation expert. She holds the following Florida state licenses: Building Contractor, Roofing Contractor, Community Association Manager, Real Estate Sales Associate, and Public Insurance Adjuster. She has extensive practical experience in the construction, insurance, and real estate fields and owns construction and real estate businesses. She has a Ph.D. in Marketing, an MBA, and a BA in Economics. She served as a Professor of Marketing at Florida Atlantic University and Lynn University. She has published papers in peer-reviewed journals on a range of topics and serves as a construction and real estate expert witness. She is a DISC® / Motivators Certified Facilitator and is MBTI® Assessment Certified.
John is a Florida resident for over 25 years. He's originally from New England and is an owner and operator of several construction businesses; he has worked on thousands of construction-related jobs in Florida. John holds several licenses including: Real Estate Broker, Building Contractor, Underground Utility & Excavation Contractor, and Roofing Contractor. He is an Air Force Veteran (SDVOSB), earned an MBA, and leverages technologies that provide solutions for business owners.

Daniela is a Florida licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and has been evaluating and marketing businesses and real estate for more than 15 years. Working directly with buyers and sellers, she provides an in-depth analysis of their business, determines the most effective marketing approach, and serves as a negotiator between all parties during the transaction. Daniela has prior international business experience working with major corporations in human resources, customer service, large-scale contract negotiations, budgeting, and project management. Daniela is fluent in Italian, Croatian, and German.
