Lori knows what it takes to get your business sold and / or help you find the right business to purchase. She has been evaluating, marketing, and selling businesses and real estate for over 20 years; she is a valuation expert. Several years ago, Lori recognized a need for a construction business specialist who represents construction business owners wanting to sell their businesses. Accordingly, Lori opened the first construction business brokerage in Florida. Today, she operates Premier Construction Business Brokers as its hands-on operator and broker. Unlike other business brokerages, Premier Construction Business Brokers ONLY transacts construction businesses. 

 

She holds the following Florida state licenses: Real Estate Broker, Building Contractor, Roofing Contractor, Community Association Manager, and Public Insurance Adjuster. She has extensive practical experience in the construction, insurance, and real estate fields and owns construction and real estate businesses. She has a Ph.D. in Marketing, an MBA, and a BA in Economics. She served as a Professor of Marketing at Florida Atlantic University and Lynn University. She has published papers in peer-reviewed journals on a range of topics and serves as a construction business and real estate expert witness.
